Cancellations 48 hours from arrival:
– for bookings of 1 to 3 nights, 1 night charge;
– for bookings longer than 3 nights, charge 50% of the total amount;

JULY AUGUST:
Cancellations 30 days from arrival, no penalty;
Cancellations between 30 and 8 days from arrival, 50% of the total indicated in the booking;
Cancellations 7 days before or less, 100% of the total indicated in the booking;

NO SHOW:
Missed arrival and early departures, Masseria Grofoleo reserves the right to charge the full amount of the stay indicated in the booking.
