CANCELLATION POLICY:

From September to June:
Cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival:
– for bookings from 1 to 3 nights, charge of 1 night;
– for bookings longer than 3 nights, charge of 50% of the total amount;

JULY AND AUGUST:
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: no penalty;
Cancellations between 30 and 8 days before arrival: charge of 50% of the total amount indicated in the reservation;
Cancellations 7 days or less before arrival: charge of 100% of the total amount indicated in the reservation;

NO SHOW:
In the event of a no-show or early departure, Masseria Grofoleo reserves the right to charge the full amount of the stay indicated in the reservation.
